GOOD NEWS! Stuart Howe’s short film HOOKED, which I worked for as a cinematographer, has been short listed in the Narrative category at the Vimeo 2012 Awards in New York. We would very much appreciate your help in spreading this exciting news so that people can vote for our film, so please pass this link onto all of your friends, students and business contacts. People can vote once a day until the 30th April. In order to vote you should have a VIMEO account if not you can sign up when voting.

During the next round, HOOKED will be reviewed by the Narrative category’s two judges: Gabriel Bisset Smith, and James Franco. From April 17-30, the public are invited to watch the shortlisted videos and vote for their favorites. The finalists for each category will be announced onJune 1, with the winning videos unveiled at the Vimeo Awards show in New York on June 7. Thank you so much for your support.

With the kind support of Korea University I am invited to present some of my recent photography and video work in an exhibition titled SPACE & MEMORY. The exhibition will be open to public from 2012.04.16 (5pm) until 2012.04.20 (6pm).

Print magazine Kultur Korea, published by the department of cultural affairs of the Korean embassy in Berlin, just released their spring issue 2012. The magazine features a photo essay, which I did in collaboration with Neil Dowling on North Korea refugees living in Seoul.
