URBAN ISLAND, a documentary music video by Nils Clauss and Namhui Park, will screen at the International Short Film Festival Berlin (Interfilm). The 31st edition of the festival will take place between the 10th and 15th of November.

The video, which features the song VARÚÐ by Icelandic band SIGUR RÓS, focuses on a homeless man in his forties, who has lived on the streets of Seoul for more than 8 years. He has been part of a small homeless community for the past four years, which camps out in a little park next to the train tracks of Yongsan Station. As the man strictly refuses to receive charity, he frequents the city streets each night to make a living by collecting recyclables.

For everyone interested in watching the video on big screen, the festival offers two screenings:

2015.11.12, 15:00h, Babylon – Kino 2
2015.11.14, 21:00h, Grüner Salon
